Products

Magical Proxy provides a print-on-demand service for physical card products. Catalog orders use designs already available in the online store, with the product page showing the format, finish, price and other relevant characteristics. Custom Orders use artwork supplied by the customer and one of the published package and shipping combinations, subject to file review and acceptance before production.

Images may show reasonable color differences from the physical product due to screen, printing or finish. This does not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Purchase process and correcting errors

  • Select a product, variant and quantity and add them to the basket.
  • Review the basket; you can change quantities or remove items before continuing.
  • Enter or select the shipping and billing details and an available delivery method.
  • Review the items, address, taxes, charges, estimated delivery time and total.
  • Accept the Terms of Sale and confirm that you have read the privacy and returns information.
  • Complete payment through Stripe. The payment provider’s final button will clearly indicate that placing the order entails an obligation to pay.

Before paying, you can return to any step to correct errors. The contract is concluded in English, without prejudice to any informative translations that may be available.

Contract storage and confirmation

We retain evidence of the order, the version of the terms accepted, the amount and the date. After payment, confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Registered customers can view orders in their account; guests should retain the confirmation email. These terms can be saved or printed from this page.

Customer information and account obligations

  • You must provide accurate payment, contact, billing, delivery and customs information and keep saved details up to date.
  • You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and to provide any recipient or billing details belonging to another person.
  • You are responsible for protecting your account and sign-in method and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
  • We may request proportionate verification where necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law or deliver the order safely.

We are not responsible for delay or additional expense caused exclusively by materially inaccurate information supplied by the customer. This does not affect responsibility for errors caused by Magical Proxy or its contracted providers.

Prices, taxes and payments

  • Prices use separate managed EUR and USD commercial tables rather than a live conversion quote. Once the delivery country is known, checkout fixes the payment currency automatically: EUR for European destinations and USD for destinations outside Europe. The final summary shows the currency and total before payment.
  • Applicable taxes are included or itemized according to the destination and relevant tax regime.
  • Shipping charges are calculated according to destination and method and are shown before payment.
  • For shipments to the USA, Magical Proxy covers the import duties and taxes charged at destination. For other destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges may be payable by the recipient where required by local law.
  • Stripe processes payments. Magical Proxy does not store the full card number.

Our sales to consumers in other EU countries are currently below the EUR 10,000 annual threshold, so Spanish VAT applies. If that threshold is exceeded, we will charge the VAT of the destination country through the EU One Stop Shop (OSS).

Offers and discount codes

Offers apply for the stated period, territory, products and available stock. Unless the promotion expressly says otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another code. We may correct or withdraw a promotion that contains an obvious error before an order is accepted, but we will not retrospectively alter a valid promotion already included in an accepted order.

Acceptance, availability and cancellation

An order is accepted when payment has been authorized and Magical Proxy sends its confirmation. If an item is unavailable or there is a technical or obvious pricing error, we will contact the customer and refund any amount charged if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Before dispatch, we may place an order on hold, refuse it or cancel it where reasonably necessary because payment was not authorized, information could not be verified, the transaction appears fraudulent or abusive, fulfilling it would breach law or sanctions, or the customer has materially breached these terms. We will explain the decision where legally and operationally possible and promptly refund amounts paid for unfulfilled goods. This right will not be exercised arbitrarily or discriminatorily.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Destinations, delivery, the 14-day right of withdrawal for catalog items, returns and the model withdrawal form are detailed in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Producing or printing a catalog design on demand does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

Legal guarantee of conformity

For consumers in Spain, Magical Proxy is liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, in accordance with applicable law. Consumers may request the legally available remedies, including repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Intellectual property

A purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights in illustrations, photographs or designs.

Catalog orders use the designs listed in the store. For Custom Orders, customers submit print-ready reproduction files and confirm that they created the artwork, own the relevant rights or have permission from the rights holder. Magical Proxy provides printing and does not commission or create new artwork through this service.

Reporting an intellectual-property concern

This channel applies to everything we print, both catalog products and custom print requests. If you hold rights in a work and believe something we offer or have been asked to print infringes them, contact us at info@magicalproxy.com with your contact details, identification of the work you hold rights in, identification of the product or request concerned, and a statement of your interest.

We will acknowledge your notice, suspend the affected product or request while we assess it, and tell you the outcome. We may decline future requests from customers who repeatedly submit infringing material. Sending a notice does not require you to take any other step first, and we would rather hear from you directly than through a marketplace or payment provider.

Custom print requests

Custom print requests are a made-to-order printing service. You select a published card package and shipping method, send artwork, and we assess whether it can be printed. The displayed total includes the selected shipping method. Nothing is produced until we confirm the files and you complete payment through the approval link. The invoice is then available from your account. An account is required so that the request can be answered and followed.

Your rights in the artwork. By submitting a design you confirm that you created it, that you own the rights to it, or that you have permission from the rights holder to have it printed, and that it does not infringe the intellectual-property rights of any third party. You must not submit protected, registered or officially published material that you are not entitled to reproduce.

Our role. We provide printing. We do not create, sell or license the designs submitted through this service, and we do not assess or advise on the legal status of your artwork. You remain responsible for what you ask us to print.

Placement and margins. We provide a frame template showing the required bleed and safe area. You are responsible for placing your artwork correctly inside that template before sending us the file. Our file check confirms that the file is technically printable; it does not verify that your artwork is correctly placed within the template. We are not responsible for cards printed cropped, off-center or otherwise incorrectly because the supplied artwork was not placed within the indicated margins, and such orders are not eligible for a free reprint or refund on that basis.

Refusal. We may decline any request at our discretion and without giving reasons, and we will refund in full any request declined after payment. We may review requests but do not undertake to review every request. Accepting a request is not a statement that a design is free of third-party rights.

If someone claims a right. If a third party brings a claim against Magical Proxy arising from a design you submitted, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and give you the opportunity to take part in the response. Nothing in this paragraph limits rights you hold as a consumer under mandatory law.

Right of withdrawal.Custom printed cards are made to your specification. Under Spanish and EU consumer law the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, so a custom print order cannot be returned once production has started. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged or not as agreed, which remain fully available to you.

Your files. We use the artwork you send only to assess and fulfil your request, and we delete it once the request is closed and any applicable retention period has passed. We do not publish it, add it to the catalog or offer it to other customers.

Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event genuinely outside its reasonable control, such as a carrier shutdown, natural disaster, conflict, official restriction or widespread infrastructure outage. Magical Proxy will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, provide available information and resume performance. If the delay becomes material, the customer retains the cancellation and refund rights provided by applicable law.

Liability and mandatory rights

Magical Proxy is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of its breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss caused exclusively by the customer's unlawful conduct, inaccurate instructions, compromised credentials or an independently selected third party outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, data-protection obligations, mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes, severability and no waiver

The version accepted at checkout governs that order. Later changes apply only to future orders unless a change is required by law and must apply earlier. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive that right.

Complaints and applicable law

Complaints may be sent to info@magicalproxy.com. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence where applicable.
