Shipping, Returns and Withdrawal

Magical Proxy offers worldwide shipping wherever a rate and delivery method are available for the selected country. Final destination acceptance, cost and method are shown at checkout before payment.

Destinations temporarily blocked due to sanctions, conflicts, carrier limitations or customs requirements will either not appear as available or will prevent the order from being completed. Orders to Russia are not accepted. Other destinations may be suspended when a carrier cannot provide a lawful and reliable service.

Items are printed or prepared after the order is placed. The selected method, its price and estimated delivery time are shown before payment. Times are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly stated. Where tracking is included, the number will be added to the order after dispatch.

Unless a different period is agreed before payment, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. If a material delay occurs, we will provide the available information and the customer may set an appropriate additional period or exercise any cancellation and refund right provided by applicable law.

Customers must review the delivery name, address, postal code, country and contact details before payment and cooperate with reasonable carrier or customs requests. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.

Where a parcel is returned or must be sent again solely because the customer supplied a materially incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect it or refused a lawful customs requirement, we may request the reasonable direct cost of a new delivery. This does not apply where Magical Proxy or its contracted carrier caused the problem.

For consumer orders, Magical Proxy bears the risk of loss or damage until the customer or an indicated third party physically receives the goods, except where the customer independently commissions a carrier that was not offered by Magical Proxy and applicable law provides otherwise.

For shipments to the USA, Magical Proxy covers the import duties and taxes charged at destination. For other destinations outside the European Union, inspections, import taxes, customs duties or handling fees may be charged at destination. Where these cannot be calculated in advance, the recipient may be required to pay additional amounts under local law.

Customs descriptions and declared values will reflect the transaction and applicable legal requirements. Magical Proxy cannot agree to undervalue a parcel or describe it inaccurately. Delay caused by a customs authority does not automatically create liability, but we will provide reasonable documentation and the customer retains any mandatory cancellation or delivery rights.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or does not conform to the contract, contact info@magicalproxy.com as soon as possible, including the order number and useful photographs. Magical Proxy will cover the necessary costs of the applicable legal remedy.

For consumers in Spain, the legal liability period for a lack of conformity is three years from delivery, without prejudice to the statutory rules on evidence and remedies.

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of their decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. After giving notice, they have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.

Designs offered in the catalog retain this right even if printed after an order is received. The exception applies only to goods made to the buyer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized; this must be disclosed before purchase.

• Send an unequivocal statement, or the form below, to info@magicalproxy.com before the deadline expires.
• Include the order number, affected items, receipt date, name and contact details.
• Return address: Apartado postal 11011, 18080 Granada, Spain.
• Wait for logistical instructions; this does not limit the right where notice was sent within the deadline.
• Return the goods suitably protected and keep proof of dispatch.

• When withdrawing from a contract for conforming goods, the consumer bears the direct return cost unless Magical Proxy states that it will cover it.
• For defective, damaged or incorrect products, Magical Proxy bears the costs of the applicable legal remedy.
• The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• We will refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal.
• We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or evidence of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.
