Magical Proxy is a print-on-demand service for physical card products. Users may select designs from the online catalog or submit their own print-ready artwork through the Custom Orders service for file review at the published package and shipping prices. This website allows users to browse the catalog, request printing and delivery, manage orders and contact customer support. Users agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate information and refrain from interfering with its security or operation.

You must not use the website to:

• Break the law, infringe third-party rights or submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening or malicious.
• Probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, payment checks or other security measures.
• Introduce malware, scrape the service at an unreasonable rate, automate purchases abusively or disrupt other customers.
• Impersonate another person, use false payment or delivery information, or access an account without permission.

Account holders are responsible for protecting their sign-in method and for activity they authorize. Please notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may apply proportionate security measures, including temporarily limiting access, while an incident is investigated.

We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, third-party outages or technical errors may occur. General website content may be corrected or updated. This does not allow us to alter an accepted order unilaterally or remove any mandatory consumer right.

Product availability, final prices, taxes, delivery options and the contractual summary are confirmed during checkout. If an obvious error affects an order, the procedure in the Terms of Sale applies.

• Send complaints to info@magicalproxy.com, including the order number where applicable.
• We will acknowledge receipt and may request photographs, tracking details or other information needed to resolve the complaint.
• Magical Proxy will communicate the proposed solution through the same channel or another agreed durable medium.
• Official complaint forms of the Andalusian Government (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available on request at info@magicalproxy.com. You can also file a complaint electronically through the Junta de Andalucía consumer portal.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. Magical Proxy does not currently participate in the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System or in any other alternative dispute resolution scheme.

Text, photographs, website design, illustrations and other original materials belonging to Magical Proxy or its licensors may not be copied, distributed, modified or reused commercially without prior authorization from the relevant rights holder.

If you believe that any content infringes your rights, email info@magicalproxy.com identifying the claimant, the right concerned, the affected URL or product and supporting documentation.

• The notice should identify the protected work or right, the exact affected material and why its use is not authorized.
• The sender should provide contact details and confirm that the notice is accurate and submitted by the right holder or an authorized representative.
• We may request proportionate evidence of ownership, representation or license before deciding the notice.
• We will acknowledge sufficiently detailed notices and review them diligently, objectively and without undue delay.
• We may restrict or remove specific material while a credible claim is assessed, notify the affected contributor where appropriate and preserve evidence required for legal claims.
• Knowingly false, abusive or materially misleading notices may be rejected and may create liability for the sender.

This voluntary process does not determine ownership, replace a court or prevent either party from using the remedies available under applicable law.

Links to carriers, payment providers, social networks or other third-party services are provided for convenience or to complete a requested function. Their content, availability and data practices are controlled by their respective operators. A link does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. This clause does not limit Magical Proxy's responsibility for providers acting on its behalf or for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Magical Proxy remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable consumer, product-safety, data-protection and other mandatory law. We are not responsible for loss caused exclusively by a user's unlawful conduct, inaccurate information, compromised credentials, unsupported device or browser, or a third-party service chosen independently by that user, to the extent the loss was not caused or contributed to by Magical Proxy.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
